Namthip Nursing Home is located 4 kilometres East of Pattaya close to the shore of Lake Maprachan. It consists of two large detached buildings in a quiet cul de sac. There is a small pool which can be used for recreation or recuperation by the residentswhere suitable. The gardens are well maintained and provide a pleasant setting for the residents to catch some fresh air. The owner, khun Kanmanas Sornprom, is dedicated to upgrading and improving the facilities when opportunities arise and a Physiotherapy room has been added to improve the residents access to exercise facilities. All activities within the nursing home are monitored by staff. As well as the regular activities the residents are treated on special occasions such as birthdays, Xmas, New Year or some Bhudda festivals. Thai and Western foods are provided at the home and the staff will try to provide meals to the individual residents taste so long it doesn't have negative health issues regarding the residents condition. Extra food can be brought in or ordered at the cost of the resident again so long as it is not at the detriment of their dietary needs.
